With Mrs.M, I learned to make play-doh animals. The first project I finished was a snail. When working with play-doh, it is important to remember to keep the play-doh moist and to start with a ball that has no cracks in it. When there is more than one piece, water acts like glue and makes them stick together. After I have made an animal, I let it air-dry and then paint it with clear nail polish so that it is ready to display.

Computers In Everyday Life ~ SB2 ~ page 86
I wrote a paper on the Trail of Tears for my history project. To do this, I used Microsoft Word and had Mr.W show me things to make writing it easier and how to enter page numbers. I formatted it, used spell check, and edited it. Sometimes I would rearrange stuff and cut it from one spot and paste it in another. In computer class, Mr.W also taught us how to make columns and boxes.
