When I was in track, we did lots of different stretches. We did stretches for our legs, arms, and back. We stretched before and after running. Including:

I ran every three days while doing track. I did the same stretches at home that I did during practice. I ran a circle around the blocks close to our house and did the route three to four times while exercising. I stretched before and after running.
