Sports For Life ~ SB #1 ~ page 176

When I was in track, we did lots of different stretches. We did stretches for our legs, arms, and back. We stretched before and after running. Including:

  • Hip flexor Stretch
  • Quadricep Stretch
  • Hamstring Stretch
  • Triceps Stretch
  • Hip and Lower Back Stretch
  • Groin Stretch
  • Arms and Abs Stretch

Those were the stretches we did.
