Creative Cooking ~ SB7 ~ page 54

I helped modify a lasagna recipie so that it was lower in sodium and fat for Mrs.L because she just had heart surgery. She had said that lasagna was one of her favorite meals and was concerned she would never get to eat it again. We made some things from scratch, like the spaghetti sauce and we substituted some things for lower fat and salt alternatives, like cheeses.
