On the Court ~ SB5 ~ Pg 162

I got better at volleyball. When I first started, I did not know anything about the game. Over the course of three weeks, I learned to serve the ball underhanded, bump the ball over the net and set the ball. I also learned the basic rotation and how points were scored. Every time we practiced, we ran laps around the gym and did other conditioning exercises like sit ups and things to help us with our skills in volleyball. By the end of the three weeks, I knew lots about volleyball and was in better shape than before.
