I looked up the USDA food pyramid online to see their suggestions for how I should eat.
Yesterday, I ate the following:

- turkey sandwich, chips, apples, Sunny D, and trail mix
- water
- pop tarts and trail mix

- yogurt
- steak, mashed potatoes, salad, and tea
The USDA guidelines suggest I eat:
- 6-11 bread
- 2-4 fruits
- 3-5 vegetables
- 2-3 meats
- 2-3 milks
Yesterday I ate:
- 7 breads
- 3 fruits
- 3 vegetables
- 3 meats
- 3 milks
Yesterday, I ate pretty balanced. This is typical for me on days that I skate. On days that I don't skate, I eat a little less, but still remain within the minimum guidelines.
